We invite you to download and use the reflection worksheets provided below to assist in both planning and evaluating your clinical trial research project.
These worksheets can be used during the initial planning phase to ensure that the project is culturally sensitive and geographically relevant to the local community. Additionally, they can be used after the project has been completed to assess the impact and relevance of the research on local communities.
NOTE: For each domain below, there is a button that will bring you to a worksheet that you can download and print to aid you as you are planning and/or evaluating a project.
It is essential to have a diverse group of stakeholders present during these reflective discussions. This should include not only researchers and clinicians but also community leaders, patient advocates, and even potential study participants when possible.
The purpose of these reflective worksheets is to create a more inclusive, equitable, and effective research environment. By engaging in this reflective process, you are taking a proactive step in identifying and addressing potential barriers and facilitators to the success of your clinical trial research project.
